How to handle newline in new ticket which is submitted via email? I always
got the following:
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject:test
\ntest\n\ntest\n\ntest\n\n\n\n
I have try change DefaultCharset to iso-8859-1 or utf-8, but it doesn't help.

I have implemented the OTRS and finishing the configuration in Fedora
Platform, but I need to add more fields to Customer Table, I don´t know if
the best idea is to use LDAP, (I don´t have a problem with authentication),
only need to add for example Address, Zip Code, and fields like this.
