512mb, 20Gb (FC5, Apache2, MySQL 5)
75 queues and 60.000+ tickets a year. No problem at all

I'm running my system on a Debian system with a P4ht 2.4Ghz, 1GB RAM and

I tried to insert the feature to send the notification customer e-mails
(new-owner e-mail and so on) also to admin mail (in cc) for my purpouse,
but I'm not capable to do it.

we've go an issue: our customers are unable to upload files bigger than 1 MB
through the web frontend. It is strange because the "WebMaxFileUpload" option

in order to let the MSSQL sripts work I had to do these mods:
- First of all the scripts work only on SQL 2005, due to the "var(max)"
function
which was introduced with this latest version
- Changed "system_user" in "system_user2", as suggested on OTRS site
