I had problems with Internet Explorer 6 and Otrs 2.1.6.
When I try to open a customer ticket IE6 send me this error
Server not found or dns error.
I use https.
With Firefox and IE7 I donĀ“t have this problem.
Any Ideia?

After a ticket is moved to another queue, the user is still zoomed into that
mail. This is kind of confusing and we would much prefer that we could be
brought to a different view after moving a ticket - the "locked tickets
view" is what we would most prefer.

otrs is installed in a freebsd box, who knows what port i need to solve this?
