i want to have more Data Fields for the Customers, Telephone Number and Cost

I tried to Paste and modify the Code from the Admin manual, Part 11.2.1, but
that does not work on my system ( Windows XP, OTRS 2.2-Installer )

To create new priorities, you must first create new priorities in the
database.
