Hi, I foolishly set up OTRS before editing etc/hosts correctly. OTRS has read the server IP so now I can only get to OTRS using http://xx.xxx.xx.xx/otrs/customer.pl How do I fix this? I have tried to add lines to Config.pm but it dont take. thanks, JR

Are you using a W2K3 server? If not, which Windows machine are you using? Windows XP SP2 with IIS 5.1 (IIS 5.0 didn't work) It might be possible to get it working with an existing activeperl configuration but once I had it working with IIS 5.1 and the perl installed with OTRS I stopped
