Hi,
I cannot properly view MS Outlook generated HTML mails that have embedded
tables im messages. Sometimes our customers send mails which containing some
data in table format.Instead of tables certain links will appears in OTRS.Can
anyone help in resolving this issue.

The header is not supposed to be exactly X-OTRS-TicketKey1. That is an
example value put there to show that you can use

Actually the easiest way is to use the 'FreeField' option in the ticket zoom.
You won't even have to leave a comment there.
