[otrs] Not receiving all notifications

I use OTRS since 1.2 version, the notifications for user or agents are work very fine in old versions. In this month I install OTRS 2.2.5 version in REDHAT 5. The auto response and message for the administrator work very fine but the all notifications for agent or user dont work. I receive this er

Can you send any emails from OTRS at all? If not, it could be your SMTP/sendmail settings? Check out Admin, SysConfig then select "Framework" under "Group selection" (I think it's normally already selected but...) and click "Show" (you could do a search here for sendmail if you don't want to s

Hi Julien, Yeah it's what I'm searching for an free CS (counter strike) community ticketing. So it's unavailable without business action from OTRS AG ?? it's you wanna mean ? Of course if you can program in perl, you will be able to modify the source code. OTRS will non-free in future ?
