Hey there! When users send attachments into OTRS when creating a new ticket
they show up as "file-1", "file-2", etc. rather than the actual file name
when you zoom in on the ticket. Additionally, when you try and view the
attachment it just displays unreadable characters (extension gets removed).

I am looking for which .dtl file to edit to change the default color in the
customer frontend
from Green to something else. Do I edit the customer-css.dtl? And when I find
it, do I just
change the color code in the HTML?
Also, to change the Header and Footer in the customer frontend, which .dt

I've configured a secondary ID in LDAP, in order to view tickets of an
other customer.
I can see his tickets in "company tickets", but when I click on theme,
OTRS tells me that I don't have permission to read this ticket..

Yes, my colleague renamed it, so it was no longer working. I rename it
back to open, but change the name in Language file.
It's look likes better. I think that now it's clear. Thanks.
