Is there can I configure about invalid or invalid temporarily part? This is
because occurred that one of my queue already invalid temporarily but
somehow it pop up again in my queue. I figured it out when I do made reports
and I've invalid it again. Help me!
I'm very new to OTRS so am still finding my way through the
configuration parameteres. Can I change font sizes on the agent
display? I find some of the fonts too small to read easily. Also, are
there any third-party skins for OTRS?
