I use otrs 2.2.4 and have our customers stored in ldap, but they
authenticate via HTTPBasicAuth.
Reading the config file about attributing a Role based on a ldap attribute,
I see :

But I can't find one thing: how to tune register graphs on the customer page
(customer.pl), without any confirmation of his email (I am afraid that most
of email system now blocks a lot of email and most clients won't manage to
activate their registration).

I see that there are upgrade instructions fro 2.2* to 2.3* but what about
2.3.2 to 2.3.4
Are there any special considerations. I would assume that it wouldn't be a
simple as dragging the new folder in there since I would loose config
settings and the likes.

I'm in a similar situation as Mik. I would like to upgrade from 2.3.1
to 2.3.4, but we have enough changes in various files that I cannot
simply drag the new directories over the old ones and call it good.
Is there some documentation for, what should be, a fairly simple upgrade
We have a heavily customised installation of OTRS and upgrades can be
abit of a nightmare, what I tend to resort to is putting the existing
and new insallation directories side by side and using something like
dirdiff to go through both directories and isolate what has changed, and

ein kleiner Nachtrag zu den configs:
in der apache2-httpd-new.include.conf vom otrs
sind einige Zeilen per ## (also doppelt) auskommentiert. Dies habe ich nur
zum Testen gemacht,
hat aber letztendlich mit dem Fehler zu tun. Im Original sind diese Zeilen
nicht auskommentiert.

Habe den Scanner sogar mal deinstalliert, aber immer noch das selbe
Problem:
Sobald ich von einem anderen Rechner auf das OTRS zugreiffen möchte,
wird der Server langsam und es kommt keine Seite auf den Schirm.
Es geht weiterhin nur lokal...

ja, die Installation ist abgeschlossen und das System läuft (wenn auch nur
per localhost).
Den FDQN habe ich schonmal geändert auf die IP aber mit dem selben
Ergebnis...

Also Sinn macht es bei uns auf jeden Fall, da es z.Z. mit unseren alten,
selbst erstellten System genauso funktioniert. Der Supportler öffnet ein
Ticket, die Zeit wird gestoppt und bei schließen des Tickets kann er
automatisch, bzw. manuell die Bearbeitungszeit eintragen.

Ich habe folgendes Problem.
Früher wurden im OTRS (2.3.3) bei der Suche und der CSV Ausgabe die
Arbeitseinheiten angezeigt
die der Mitarbeiter bei dem Jeweiligen Event (Notiz, Anruf, Telefon)
