After the upgrade to 2.3.3 from 2.2.3, the FAQ is working great with one
exception. The
Customer page is showing all the categories I have but none with any articles.
The Public
page is showing 6 of the 10 categories with none of the articles.
Agent interface is working well.
When using 2.2.
and maybe make it compatible with other db? we use oracle here...
but thks for sharing at least the sql queries!

Is it possible to select ALL articles at ONCE? Right now, I have to
click each article and then click on Bulk, but this is kind of
annoying. I have old version 1.3.2.

Just one detail...we have to hardcode an email of our domain (at line 2223) in
order to workaround smtp issues. When the customer was sending a message, our
smtp was refusing it since their email addresses are from a different domain.
Just take a look at this to avoid any undesirable side effect
