Currently the freetext field is only allowed to create key fields as drop
down, is there a way to create as a list field so that I could select
multiple choices (instead of just selecting one choice) within a list when
creating a phone ticket
If you are running under windows, make sure the user that Apache is running
as has permissions to the file server.
Go to control panel services, right click on Apache -> properties -> logon
tab.
Set a user in here. The local account does not have access to write to a
network drive.

If you want to change the wording in the GUI the best way to do this
is by using a custom translation file. This way if you update OTRS or
the FAQ module, your changes are still in a separate file and will
survive the upgrade
When i attempt to get new password trough "Lost your password?" I place
valid email address and I get a mail with a link to renew my password but
when I click on the link I got an error message "There is no account with
that login name"
Any idea?

For our customer accouting I'm trying to find all closed tickets in
a certain time frame. I can do that, but when I do that I get
accounting tickets for every ticket closed. Now I'm trying to find
out how I can select only one accounting record for a group that's
closed with a bulk acti
Today , our day started with a very strange issue.
We are using otrs 2.4.6 over 10 months.
There has been no system update or change recently.
All closed tickets are re-opened by a follow-up message with a new ticket
id. and the creator is unknown.
For example ;
there are 15000 tickets closed
