One method might be to setup a postmaster filter with Header 1 set to From and
the value equal to the email address and then configure the Set Header 1 to
X-OTRS-Queue and the value equal to a trash queue.
Then, create a generic agent to automatically delete items in the trash queue
every 10mn
We having an @hotmail.com user who sending spam to our OTRS system. How can
we block his email address (we cannot block hotmail.ocm domain on the
server).
Thank you.

Hi,
Actually, after a bit of failed configuration attempts I think it is best
if I give an example of what i'm trying to achieve and see if it makes
things clearer:
suppose I have the following general services and associated sub-services:
1. Software problem
1.a. Software re-installation

Interesting way of doing that Nathan. I'm playing around with it now and
have a service called Conduit A with cable A1- A3, would there be a way to
tie that SLA to the CI? or it would just be all those SLA's (the service)
that ties to the CI

Hi Edgar, not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but I have
something similar Services, and SLAs
So, for exmaple, you would setup a Service item for Conduit A
Then, create SLAs for cable A1, cable A2, and cable A3
Part of the creation of the SLA is to link it to a Service
N
AFAIK there is no way, you can link with parental grade objects for that

Hello
I've OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM modules in it. It's running under a MS Win2k3.
Everything's working smooth, been configuring ITSM Classes with no problem,
except this one:
I can run any predefined Stats but when I try to create a new one, the
browser shows me the 500 Internal Server Error error.
