[otrs] Regarding OTRS support to windows 2003 and 2008

Dear team, 1. pls help me to find whether otr s can be use with 64 bit windows server 2003? 2. if i installed OTRS in my server 2003 and integrated with the Active Directory,is it possible to upgrade my server to 2008? pls reply soon... im waiting for the respons

One method might be to setup a postmaster filter with Header 1 set to From and the value equal to the email address and then configure the Set Header 1 to X-OTRS-Queue and the value equal to a trash queue. Then, create a generic agent to automatically delete items in the trash queue every 10mn

Hi Edgar, not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but I have something similar Services, and SLAs So, for exmaple, you would setup a Service item for Conduit A Then, create SLAs for cable A1, cable A2, and cable A3 Part of the creation of the SLA is to link it to a Service N

[otrs] Problem when creating new Stats

Hello I've OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM modules in it. It's running under a MS Win2k3. Everything's working smooth, been configuring ITSM Classes with no problem, except this one: I can run any predefined Stats but when I try to create a new one, the browser shows me the 500 Internal Server Error error.
