The OPM file itself contains a base-64 representation of all files in
the package.
Perhaps the system does a validation against that.

I'm trying to chance a Config.pm file to update some Auth parameters. OTRS
searchs Customer on a AD Server. There are configurations for it but even if
a remove the Config.pm file, the system still finding the customer in the
AD via LDAP authentication.
Is this configuration cached

we setup another email address (2nd) , select the same queue such that all

You need to setup a Postmaster Filter setting to direct emails to specific
queues based on To:
Set To: and X-OTRS-Queue with the appropriate parameters.

Hello Julio,
If you want to create a new change, just ignore the template part that
comes at the beginning of the module and provide all the needed data for
the change. After you have successfully created it, you can register a
template using this change.

I can totally agree with you! I would like to keep bugs and enhancement
requests in bugzilla, were they can be referenced much better in our
release notes, and in cvs commits, than in ideascale.
Ideascale is nice, but we will need bugzilla for enhancement requests.

Repositories mir die 2.4.9er Version gar nicht anbieten, und nur die RPMs
für OpenSuse 11 über die Website runterladen kann.
Gibt es hier irgendwo ein Upgrade manual, oder kann ich einfach das rpm
drüber jagen?

bei der verwendung der variable (OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[99] oder
OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body) in den antworten werden die teile erneut als html
interpretiert...
= ich bekomme dann unschöne div- und br tags in der ansicht bei antworten.
