Hi,
We're going to look into the ITSM module for OTRS. But before that, I think I

I'm currently testing the latest OTRS ITSM 3.0 beta1 version.
I would like to modify the 'Add Change' form (ITSM Change -> New) so it
contains more text fields similar to 'Description' and 'Justification'.
Ideally I would like to add attributes like 'Risk Analysis' and 'Test Plan'

Dear Phillippe,
afaik the PostmasterFilter does not support negation yet.
I recommend to setup another filter, executed earlier to your X-OTRS-Ignore
filter, matching for emails coming from internal mail addresses / domains and
WITH “Ticket#” in the subject line. If so, stop on match ...

I suppose you could use a programmed PostMaster Filter (separate file), or
say, X-OTRS-IGNORE=No if "[Tt][Ii][Cc][Kk][Ee][Tt]" (stop after match)

Hi Gerald,
Every incoming email is creating a ticket.
We don't want internal incoming emails to create tickets
So I create a postmaster filter in order to ignore (X-OTRS-IGNORE = YES) when
internal emails are detected (by the domain name).
That was working great but now users would like the fi

I have phpMyAdmin and OTRS running simultaneously. You may need mod_php, but

Hi there,
It is possible that after an upgrade you cannot view customer_company module
from the admin panel ?
I've discovered this on 2 upgraded system and solved only after the removing
of the empty RO in sysadmin (see attachment)

Hi Niels,
Yikes, that is some hairy configuration I hope that I will never have to debug

But the idea is great, I hope templates make it into OTRS in a more
human-configurable way some time.
