Dear All,
I am using version 3.0.5 , i closed 1 ticket and after closing if i am doing
the search i can view tht ticket and with the other option like close and
all .
I feel once the ticket is closed other option should not be visible . How
can i do that .
Please help me sort out this .

I am far from an expert but I once installed from source and I ran into
a bunch of problems with the Perl modules. I will try to give you a few
ideas (if you haven't already tried or thought of them). As the error
says, it can't locate SOAP/Transport/HTTP.pm,
