Thanks for this suggestion.
We did exactly as you suggested - enabled fetchmail. Now we are getting
mails smoothly but the errors in the system remain ie. we are still
receiving hundreds of lines of errors with "Can't create PID
PostMasterMailbox Error" as well as "Need User or UserI

I create an event notification when a ticket is close but in the response I
want to insert the resolution incident and I dont know the OTRS
Notification Tags I need to insert in the notification text.
