I need to modify the Criticality names in Services. The defaults are "1 very
low", "2 low", etc. I need them to read "Undefined", "Low", "Medium", etc. I
have looked everywhere I can think of but I am not able to find the
files/settings to modify.

In case you still need it, this can be changed in
/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css/Core.Default.css
