Thanks for the reply. I get a 2 notifications for each queue I have selected in my preferences, one for myself, one addressed to OTRS. My suspicion is that there is someplace that I configued some time ago that sends a message to the OTRS admin. That's what I need to disable. - Original

Hi Paul, yes, but you'd need to generate it by means of a cron job. This cron job can call otrs.GenerateStats.pl script. See: http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/stats-managing-the-stats-module-by-the-sysadmin.html#stats-mkstats You can let the script send your reports via email, or save them to disk.
