I agree with Steven. If you're using a linux variant, may I also suggest automysqlbackup for the database side. As for filesystem backups of /opt/otrs, standard backup procedures should apply, (full backups and periodic incrementals or differentials) though I'd also consider pushing to a git reposi

[otrs] Daily, Weekly & Monthly Backups

Hello Team, We know how to backup database in windows and we are able to restore it successfully. Could you let us know how to perform daily, weekly and monthly backups of OTRS. Is there a script or a batch file that needs to be run to perform this action. Many Thanks for your help!!
