I am running OTRS::ITSM v3.0.5. I am wanting to add a field to the
"Computer" and "Hardware" classes to enter a cost for the item. I found
the following post, which details how to do that, except it does not
detail what I need to click on to get to where I can edit the class
definition:

1.) Open the "source" item
2.) Click "Link"
3.) Choose the ConfigItem you wish to link it with

I am trialling OTRS (ITSM 3.0.4) for our organisation and so far loving
what I am seeing. My favourite part if the "Config Item" module for
tracking computers, locations, networks, etc.
I have to occasionally submit detailed reports on the PCs in our
organisation, but more than just how m

I am not sure what, if anything, can be done to fix
OTRS' handling of these emails, but I am not entriely
sure I want it to. It looks like it is spam and would
just get dropped into my 'delete' queue anyway (which
I can do manually by changing it's

Unfortunately, I have since deleted the "problem"
message, but if anyone isn't sure what causes this, I
can attempt to examine the message that causes this

t was only the first one I wanted, so once I deleted
the other two, I was able to access the 'sysadmin-raw'
queue. I did have have edit the approipriate tables
to re-key the messages that were in there to the
proper queue ID, however.
