Hi Jesús,
I think you must filter mail before it reach OTRS. That using any antispam
software.
Then, mails that can cross that filter, can be trap by the filter
"PostMaster Filer" on OTRS (admin module).
I use:
Match
Header1: SubjectValue1: Mail server report
Set
Header1: X-OTRS-Queue Valu
I filtere some notifications as follows:
Content-Type :: disposition
X-OTRS-queue :: Junk
I think all filter actions must to have a destination, with the previous
filter OTRS put the "disposition" notifications to Junk Queue, after that I
close tickets created into Junk queue.

Im using Fedora. There is no error messages at all. When I make my changes
and hit update, it simple goes back to default. Its the weirdest thing to
me!

I have OTRS 2.1.7 installed.
The password just check only the 8 first chars.
If a user with password is pw="thisismypass", the user can log in just
typing "thisismy" and OTRS ignore "pass".
Can it be fixed?
