Solution, Open SUSE 10.2 does not set the default gateway for the network card. Using netstat -rn it showed 0.0.0.0 Using route add -net default gw eth0 I was able to "force" it to take the gateway when [EMAIL PROTECTED] did not want to. Thanks to Christoph & Andy for the help!! Christian Pl

I have had zero issues with OTRS for about 4 months, and a few days ago I stated to have this problem. I went digging through the error logs and can only find that the server cannot access my email server. Tried changing the IP of the server, reinstalling the NIC, checked the firewall setting

Still tying to resolve this issue, can anyone point me in the right direction? Added another email address for a different queue, pop account works great. OTRS gets the email places in the right queue. All out bound email, or when I generate "compose answer" I get the following error? ERROR
