hi,
otrs 2.2.4 with itsm: when i close a ticket using the close either in the
listview or the ticketzoomview, and choose internal-note as the note-type,
the system still sends an update notification to the customer:

Notice: PostMasterPOP3.pl is already running (use '-f 1' if you want to
start it forced)!
I tried the suggestions found on the maillist (-f option, delete from
