[otrs] backup error, Application.tar.gz: file changed as we read it, failed

[otrs] I dont get notifications when a Customer sends email into otrs,

I dont get notifications when a Customer sends email into otrs it does work when a Customer sends a ticket from the webinterface, then I get a notification. I have "Send me a notification if there is a new ticket in "My Queues". " enabled and I've set my queses to include every que. __
