I installed using the rpm, and haven´t changed any permissions
yet.
Most files are owned by apache:apache, /opt/otrs/var is otrs:apache
What permissions have you given?

I also get a 500 error, this has to do with a setgid / setuid in
installer.pl (or login.pl if you install manually).
This has something to do with the perl version and mod_perl, i
haven´t solved it yet, maybe someone has?

I changed the DB from system X to system Y (both on postgres) and changed the according line in Config.pm (version 1.9 I think i have running)
This change is not detected by otrs, even when I restart apache it isn't detected. I don't have configuration lines for the db in the perl-pre
Can I change the mod_perl behavior in this, or can I only change the
number of servers apache starts?

Hi all,
I think in the update scripts for postgres there is an error.
Twice there is a column added with attribute 'NOT NULL'. This isn't
allowed in postgres, first you have to add the column and after that you
should alter it with ' alter table alter column set not null'
