I didn't have GD available when I installed OTRS, so I didn't bother
with it as it was optional. I have now installed it, but I still don't
get anything in the Graphs section under Stats.
What do I need to do to get OTRS to use GD?

I find that as soon as I select an alternative queue from the dropdown
menu the change takes place. I expected to have to use the Move
button to bring about the change.
