Hi All,
I have been running Otrs of Suse 9 sever well untill days ago when it
stopped fetching mails. I use cron jobs to fetch mails from my mx server.
The logs i get from the system is
'Wed Aug 30 08:41:12 2006 error OTRS-PM3-10 Auth for user
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@mail.jtl.co.ke failed!'
Hi,
I have installed otrs on Fedora Core 5 platform and it has taken the path
/var/www/otrs/. However when i click on Admin..Sysconfig link i get the
error message;
/var/www/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm
Can somebody out the offer help?

I have just successfully installed otrs on a linux suse 9 server platform.
Unfortunately, i am kind of defeated to configure it up for use(especially the
mailing part)? Can any buddy help out with this?
If you can help can i have your contacts eg phone no. or msn ?
