[otrs] User interface does not list users

We just upgrade to the latest version of OTRS. Our database imported just fine without error. One thing we've noticed though is when we click on Admin-Users it doesn't list a single user not even [EMAIL PROTECTED] Since the database import I am able to log in with the user I used from our
