[otrs] Problem with OTRS 2.1.6 and Internet Explorer 6

Hi Friends, I had problems with Internet Explorer 6 and Otrs 2.1.6. When I try to open a customer ticket IE6 send me this error Server not found or dns error. I use https. With Firefox and IE7 I don´t have this problem. Any Ideia? Marcos Mina Kamada ---

[otrs] New message alert in OTRS Agent

Hi Folks! Every new message locked by me in OTRS generate a "You have a new message" red alert. This state don't change! How can I disable the new message alert? I try to set the "new ticket notification" in preferences to no, but don't work! Regards, Marcos Mina
