I have a group of users that have the “move_into”
and “create” role for another group.
They are able to move tickets to the other group’s
queue but as soon as they do they are give a “no permission go away”
message.
What’s the deal?

Just found out about OTRS yesterday and loaded it on a test

My problem: he wants it on IIS with MS SQL on the back-end
(separate servers).
Is anyone on the list doing it that way
