[otrs] Move_into permission

I have a group of users that have the “move_into” and “create” role for another group. They are able to move tickets to the other group’s queue but as soon as they do they are give a “no permission go away” message. What’s the deal? Cyrille   OTRS-WIN 124

Using ver. 1.2.4 on windows. I cannot get the notification to agents to work. Notifications (auto responses, etc…) to customers work no problem. But for agents, even though I select the custom queues and set the preferences to notify me on all new and move tickets into my custom queues, no

Hi, Just found out about OTRS yesterday and loaded it on a test box. The boss loves it and wants it in production ASAP to replace our less-than-perfect current solution. My problem: he wants it on IIS with MS SQL on the back-end (separate servers). Is anyone on the list doing it that way
