Hi All, we had a disaster last night when the server hosting OTRS crashed and could not be recovered. We recovered OTRS from backup by rebuilding OTRS and MySQL on a new server. We use autoincrement to generate ticket ids but since the restore autoincrement has set it self back to the earliest a

Hi, is it possible to add new fields to forms. In this case I want to add a Bugzilla ID field to the call forms to record issues logged with the internal engineering team. I assume I would need to alter some tables to allow this field to get populated in MySQL, cheers paul ___
