[otrs] Ticket Dates showing as 1970... Solution

Hi, As I reported before, as a follow up to a similar report, email tickets had no date field in the header and were reported by thunderbird as having a date of 1970... I modified the file Article.pm as follows to add a DATE header. Ruairi diff -u otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm /o

Hi, I've installed 1.3b4 on debian sarge and run through the initial configuration. Now after 2 or 3 selections within otrs when I click on something I get bounce somewhere else within otrs and I get a new session. These 'ghost' sessions never close ... I have a feeling I've messed up w

[otrs] wrong date for sent-out mails
