Hi,
As I reported before, as a follow up to a similar report, email
tickets had no date field in the header and were reported by thunderbird
as having a date of 1970...
I modified the file Article.pm as follows to add a DATE header.

something I get bounce somewhere else within otrs and I get a new
session. These 'ghost' sessions never close ...

I am having the same problem with Suse 9.1 otrs 1.2.4... Here is a
sample header... for some reason 'date' is being replaced with 'from -'
