I am currently running otrs-1.1.1 and testing 1.1.2-beta2 I have 2 questions: 1. Is it possible in otrs-1.1.2 (beta of final) to automatically set the free fields in the messages, based on some criteria (from address, subject, etc) ? Some info about doing this myself wouldbe helpful too. 2. In
