[otrs] Config Items data

Hi, Can somebody please tell me why the config items data is written in XML within the xml_storage table and not just normal fields like everything else? Is there a reason for this? Thank you, Rosanna - OTRS

[otrs] Excluding certain queues on the dashboard

[otrs] Multiple Dashboards

Hi all, I was wondering if it was possible to have multiple dashboard views in OTRS. I have created a queue called 'projects' and I don't necessarily want to see this on my main dashboard, is there a way to have maybe a separate dashboard for those? Or removing them from the main dashboard?
