[otrs] OTRS configuring state to generate specific report

Hi, I want generate custom report in OTRS State example : Report for specific agent 's handle case . There are elements in the state to configure but I want to add more elements to meet my requirement eg... "add agent element" .Please tell me how to add new element to the state module

[otrs] OTRS add new notification

Hi, I want to add new notification to agent which is not include in the (Admin notification management ) Triger will be Ticket close and send notification to agent . Can any one tell me how to do it , I tried to find add new rule in "notification management" but there is none. tha
