[otrs] No Emails sent from OTRS to Exchange Server

on as described in the doc. I read all docs but didn't find a solution. Can anybody help me with some hints about the right config settings or how to utilize CRONw correctly? (I did not create a generic agent job so far). Thanks in advance Ul

[otrs] OTRS V2.1.6: no Emails with Windows Exchange

Hello to all, trying to get comfortable with OTRS, I used to test version 2.0.4 with Windows2003 and Exchange Server 2003 during the last weeks. Receiving and sending Emails went fine. I had the old version completely uninstalled recently and version 2.1.6 installed via the Windows installer.
