Title: Ticket consolidation
Is there an easy way to consolidate or link tickets? The best solution would be a feature that allows a "master" ticket to be reassigned and attached to another ticket.

Is there a way to display ALL tickets in the queue view regardless of the
owner without having to go to utilities and run a query? Currently, a user
can only see those tickets for which he is the owner.
