if you get "Panic! No UserData!!!" this means mostly, that there is no
mail Attribute in the users CN. Set the Mail Attribute.

I try to fetch my Mails via fetchmail.
Know when I start fetchmail with usr \'otrs\' i got the following error:

I have installed the otrs 1.01.
How can i delete, some generate users, groups or qeue's?
Can i only do this direct in the mysql-databse?
