hi for all otrs team ! i have a problem of viewing locked ticked in the queueview ( except for the owner but for the other users of the same view). when i tried to make $Self->{ViewableLocks} = ["'unlock'", "'lock'", "'tmp-lock'"]; it can be seen it the queueviuew but it disapear from the locke

hi and thanks for your response but i think that i've not understand the answer ;-] >>Locked tickets did you have only, if you locked it in the Interface! tickets are locked from the interface and i want the other agents to see that locked ticket, and the counter to 'count' :-)

first i would like to thank you for your help because that was really a problem for me. but i'd like also to know if it's possible to minimize the space token by a ticket in the queueview page. you'll ask me why! i'd say because my boss want a ticket to take only 1 or max 2 lines in the queuevi

hi every body, i wanted to see the locked tickets on my interface so i'd set $Self->{ViewableLocks} = ["'unlock'", "'lock'", "'tmp_lock'"]; but the problem is that the counter (on the top of the interface) is always 0. ' Locked tickets(0) ' why? did i miss something or should i add something else

hi, i want to now if it's possible to get automaticly the email of the agent who is loged in and working on a ticket into the "from" field in the answer for the ticket. I know that the this field 'from" takes his value from the email entred in the queue settings. thanks in advance. --
