Is it planned to support LDAP fully ? I mean to be able to
add/search/modify customer as well as agents ?
It will be really really useful for users (like me) using otrs to manage
customers and tickets, and then using another software for generating
bills (for example)... if there were full LDA
Any idea for my problem ? :( I didn't find any solution yet...

I found OTRS recently on the web and it seems really interesting ! I tried
to install it on my server under debian stable (sarge) using "apt-get
install otrs" ... it's not that easy :(
I read some docs on the web and modify /etc/apache2/apache2.conf and
/usr/share/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-st
