[otrs] Problem with ticket generation

Hi, We have installed otrs2.1.7 on redhat linux.Its working properly.But there is problem with ticket generation.When I submit ticket through customer pannel its coming otrs system.When I closed the same ticket through otrs its not coming into customer pannel.Kindly provide me the solution if any.

Hi, We have installed otrs 2.1.7 on red hat 9 .We have used pop3 account settings to download mails from server.We are able to download but copy of the same(mail) is not present on server.So provide us settings for the same. Thanks Mitesh ___ OTR
