We are having a small issue here. We have our OTRS setup on with the
following. Windows 2003/IIS6.0/MySql 4.1 and having a small issue. When we
go to the search page, and lookup a closed ticket. When we click on the link
to view the ticket, it takes me back to the main page without displaying any
information. What can I check to make sure I have setup properly. 

        Have been running OTRS for several months, and this sis the first
time we tried this function. Everything else appears to be running great!
