Dear All,
While trying to fetch mail , i am getting error POP3: Can't process mail,
email no 1 is empty! .
Sometime it work's fine but sometime it gives this error .
Please let me know how to avoid same .

dear Masood,
i had same problem in OTRS 3.0.5 and i have solved the same editing the
Encode.pm in OTRS/kernal/system .
just hash the
# set binmode
#binmode( $Row, ':utf8' );
Hope this will solve your problem .

Dear All,
When ever customer are uploading Attachment and agent try to open those
attachment they are corrupted . I am using OTRS 3.0.5 and mysql utf-8 on
windows .
Text and CSV file are working properly files like Excel , zip etc are
corruted .

Dear All,
I am using version 3.0.5 , i closed 1 ticket and after closing if i am doing
the search i can view tht ticket and with the other option like close and
all .
I feel once the ticket is closed other option should not be visible . How
can i do that .
