We've just upgraded from 2.4.7 to 3.0.12. I suspect something is wrong somewhere since OTRS doesn't seem to put replies to tickets created and answered on 2.4.7 into the correct ticket on 3.0.12. I see that in the subject field we used to have [#20120213 1074] as a ticket number while on 3.0.1
