Is it possible to use ArticleType in an ACL?
I'd like to prevent note-external for specific user.

Hi Roy,
actually ACL should be called (and is called in the code) TicketACL, so there
is no function down to articles unfortunately, not to config items, changes,
workorders, faq items, etc.
This might change in a future version.
