could it be, that you're filtering ***SPAM*** or anything else with "***" ?
I had the same problem I think, for example:
Can't create PID PostMasterPOP3, because it's already running
The problem was the "*" in "*SPAM*"
I've reduced the "*" to only one "*" like "*SPAM*"

I just added a Postmaster filter to stick mail with an X-Spam-Flag
header into a Spam queue. Very simple, one header in each of the match
and add sections.
