There could be a number of reasons for this, but a common one is that IE is
flushing the DNS cache while you're connected; IE8 is known to do this.
The fix is a registry change; in Registry Editor, change
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet

Hello:
I´m using IE 8 over Windows Vista 32 bits Service Pack 2
connecting to our OTRS 2.4 installation.
Constantly the system logs me off.
Other users using Windows XP and Windows 7 don´t have the same problem.
Anybody knows the reason?

Hi,
Am experiencing an issue that am unable to explain. Have setup the OTRS
system with authentication from the Active Directory.
The issue is that when on of the slave AD goes offline or a line is cut
