Ok, I've played around a bit on my testing server. The error message appears
each time a generic agent is added or is running. Before I added generic agents
I was not able to reproduce the error on the teting server. Maybe this helps us
to get one step closer to the solution :)

Hi,
I get a lot of these errors in the log file, but all seem to be running
fine:

2009][Error][Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketNumberLookup][637] ERROR Database
disconnected, SQL: 'SELECT tn FROM ticket WHERE id = ?'
Any idea of what is the problem?
