The Windows installation was still very new and error free. I then started
installing ITSM packages using the package manager, and during the installation
of one of the package the server crashed. After that OTRS has not been able to
startup.
The file does actually exist, I checked.

First thing I would do is actually physically check the file structure in
your OTRS directory. Do you have actually have a Kernel/Output/HTML
directory with a LayoutImportExport.pm file in there?
Is this from an existing installation, or is this a brand new install? Which
distro of Lin

I am using OTRS 2.4.7. I was thinking of "repairing" the installation but
there is no such option in the installation program.
